adds new functions and commands all functions of 2 of most makes or models
electric downriggers. All downrigger functions are displayed and controllable
from the helm and at each downrigger. An oscillation mode is settable with
total control of jigging distance and pause cycles. Capabilities include
programmable depth and surface stop retrieve.
