"HELP! I can't fish without my Fish Hawk!" Many customers have told us that their Fish Hawk is so important to their fish catching success that they won't fish without it! That's why we make getting service as easy as possible, to get you back on the water as quickly possible. If you have a question we'll return your call or e-mail within 24-hours, Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm CST.
Fish Hawk Legacy Models
Due to their age, we no longer have parts available to repair these models: 800, 840, 510/520/530. In the case of the model 840 - the probe, display, transducer, and power cord are interchangeable with the current Fish Hawk X4 models. For example, you can purchase an X4 probe to use with an 840 transducer and display.
The Fish Hawk 520 has been replaced by the Fish Hawk TD, which provides the same temperature data much faster and more accurately.
Warranty Repairs
If your Fish Hawk X4 or TD product was purchased within one-year, please contact us or call (218) 232-8793 and we'll arrange to have a replacement product shipped right away at no cost to you. Please have a copy of your sales receipt, credit card statement, or cancelled check available.
Flat Rate Service
If your Fish Hawk X4 or TD product is more than one-year old but less that 10-years old, we'll fix it for the flat rate shown below. Just complete our Service Request Form.

Please ship the product back to us along with a note describing the problem. Include your return shipping address, contact information, and payment. Payment may be made by check or credit card. If you choose to include your credit card information, please provide the expiration date and security code.
Here are some tips from our customer service dog "Summit" that make the repair process better:
- Ship the product back using UPS, Fed Ex, or Priority Mail so you have a tracking number.
- We recommend sticking an address label on each part you ship back to us.
- If you think the problem may be the transducer on the back of the boat, please contact us before removing it.
- Please consult the troubleshooting page and owner's manual before sending your product in, it may save you time and money!
